Cheryl Wright is a seasoned recruiter with 15+ years of experience finding top talent for her clients.  

With a service-oriented mentality, a clear focus and a wide network of top professionals, 

Cheryl has risen to the top ranks of sought after national recruiters.  

 

Cheryl’s career started in advertising. She ascended in the corporate world 

to lead a large Creative Services organization at Mattel.  

After 15 years as a hiring manager, Cheryl decided the time was right 

for a brand new career.  But what? To find the right second career, 

Cheryl focused on determining what brought her joy at work. 

The answer always came down to people.  Helping people find their right place 

in the world was her passion.  Talking, investigating and connecting, these are her super powers.  

And so, she set on a course to learn every aspect of the recruiting business.  

 

Today, Cheryl enjoys leading a successful recruiting business with Jennifer Ure, 

her long-time business collaborator.  Always an entrepreneur at heart, 

Cheryl enjoys working 24/7, talking about talent discoveries, new opportunities 

and business challenges to her clients, candidates and extended network. 

Work is fun, there is no separation for her, it all blends together.  

 

Cheryl is married to Michael Wright, a children’s book author and set designer.  

They have 3 adult children- Mason, Sloane and Paxton and 2 grandchildren, Marin and Adeline.  

When she isn’t working, Cheryl is usually on one of her daily 5 mile walks in Hermosa Beach, 

listening to her favorite podcasts.
