It’s been 18 years since Jennifer Ure first started her recruiting career.  

The adventure started when a business leader said, “Jenn, you would make a great recruiter! 

You should give it a try.”

Jennifer’s career, at that time, was firmly established as an entertainment 

marketing leader.  She held management positions at both Applause and Disney.  

She took a big career risk and decided to pivot to the recruiting business.  

Once she did, she has never looked back. 

Jennifer realized quickly that finding perfect matches for her clients and her candidates  ignited a passion that she had never experienced in other jobs.

Jennifer is a recent homeowner, something she is very proud of.  

She is the mother of 3 wonderful children:  TJ, Gabriella and Samantha.  

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time skiing, attending USC football 

and basketball games, exploring amazing new restaurants, traveling to both 

winter wonderlands and tropical locations and doing HIIT classes at the gym.
